Our of sales have been kept simple as possible to prevent any complications during the ordering process.

Once you get the delivery and have any shortages, damages, complain & dispute 72 Hours be notified with 72 hours of the receipt of delivery. If you have collected the abaya then no claims for shortages, damages, complains & dispute will be considered after this time frame. The abaya will not be taken / accepted back if it was a bespoke/made to order unless there is some kind of defect in the item. Title to these goods shall not pass until all amount owed by you to us or otherwise have been paid. Interest will be charged on over due accounts.
